Currently under construction with a planned completion date in early 2018, Cheval is located at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Fairmont Avenue in Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle district. Cheval is slated to be Bethesda’s tallest luxury high-rise, rising 17 floors above the city.
